RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Sproutly Vibe, we pour our hearts into creating custom botanical apparel that celebrates your love for nature. Since every single item on our store is freshly printed and custom-made to order just for you, we handle returns and cancellations a bit differently than mass-production retailers.

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. 30-DAY HAPPINESS GUARANTEE (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items)

Your satisfaction and smiles are our top priority. If there is a mistake on our part, we will make it right—100% free of charge!

If your order arrives and falls under any of the following categories, please contact us at support@sproutlyvibe.com within 30 days of receiving your package:

  • The print quality is blurry, defective, or peeling.
  • The apparel itself is torn, stained, or damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong design, wrong size, or wrong color compared to what you ordered.
  • There is a spelling mistake on a personalized item (such as a custom "Birth Month Flower" name) that matches what you originally submitted but was printed incorrectly by our hub.

What to do: Simply email us with your Order Number and 1-2 clear photos showing the defect or the wrong item received. Once verified, we will happily process a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. You do NOT need to mail the defective item back to us—treat it as a gift or recycle it!

2. PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Because our personalized items (e.g., designs with custom family names, custom birth flowers, or personal garden years) are uniquely yours, they cannot be resold to anyone else.

Therefore, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for custom orders if:

  • You changed your mind after the item has been sent to production.
  • You accidentally misspelled a name or provided an incorrect birth month when ordering. (Please double-check your custom text details carefully before hitting the checkout button!)

3. SIZING EXCHANGES & "CHANGE OF MIND"

We highly encourage all plant lovers to check our detailed Size Charts available on every product page prior to purchasing.

  • Since each product is custom-printed upon your request, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for buyer's remorse or choosing the incorrect size.
  • If you are unhappy with the fit and want a different size, please reach out to us at support@sproutlyvibe.com. As a gesture of goodwill to our green-thumb community, we are often able to offer a one-time deeply discounted replacement coupon so you can get the perfect fit without paying full price again.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Our global production partners (in the USA and EU) move quickly to ensure your order reaches you as fast as possible.

  • If you need to change your shipping address, fix a spelling mistake in your customization, or cancel your order entirely, you must notify us within 2 hours of putting in your order.
  • After 2 hours, your order will automatically be pushed to our fulfillment hubs, fabrics will be cut, and printing will begin. Once production starts, we are unable to make any changes or issue a cancellation.

5. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES & LOST PACKAGES

  • Address Issues: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid and complete shipping address. If a package is deemed undeliverable or returned to our partner fulfillment hubs due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we cannot issue a free refund. A reshipment fee may apply to reprint and ship the item back out to your corrected address.
  • Lost Parcels: If your tracking information states that your package has been "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors first. If the package is lost in transit and never reaches the "Delivered" status, please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.

6. HOW REUNDS ARE PROCESSED

Once your refund request is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original credit card or payment method (such as Stripe or PayPal). Please note that it typically takes 3 to 7 business days for your financial institution to clear and post the transaction to your account.
