This website is operated by Sproutly Vibe. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sproutly Vibe. We offer this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 - PRINT-ON-DEMAND & PERSONALIZATION

Our products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand).

  • User Input: For personalized products, you are solely responsible for ensuring that all spelling, dates, and customization details entered are correct. Sproutly Vibe is not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
  • Design/Color Variation: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate. Mockups are for illustrative purposes only.

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 4 - ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS

Because our products are custom-printed immediately after purchase, we only allow modifications (such as address changes or size updates) or cancellations within two (2) hours from the time the order was placed. After this 2-hour window, the order is automatically pushed to production and cannot be altered or canceled.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Sproutly Vibe is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
  • Lost Packages: If the tracking information states that the package was "Delivered" but you have not received it, you must contact your local post office or courier service directly. Sproutly Vibe is not liable for packages stolen or misplaced after a confirmed delivery.

SECTION 6 - REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, change your mind, or provide incorrect customization details. We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item due to our error. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

SECTION 7 - PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • (a) for any unlawful purpose;
  • (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
  • (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
  • (d) to submit false or misleading information. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Sproutly Vibe, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sproutly Vibe operates.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
